More than a logbook

Not just another digital logbook.

Your logbook should do more than count hours. It should understand your flying, organise your records and give you the information you need, whether you fly short-haul, long-haul, instruct or fly for fun.

Automatic

Flights come in from the EFB or your old logbook app. No more typing block times after a long day.

Intelligent

Night time from sunset and sunrise along the route, the METAR at take-off and landing, ADS-B tracks and radiation estimates.

Personal

Choose your figures, your print layout and your roster calendar. Your logbook stays on your iPhone.

The heart of AirEntry

Every flight. Every detail.

Captured, calculated and beautifully presented. These are real screens from the app.

AirEntry

01 · Automatic import

Your flights. Logged automatically.

Ryanair pilots email their flights from the EFB to a personal AirEntry address or scan a QR code from the company iPad. Everyone brings their history along from another app or a spreadsheet: columns are recognised by themselves.

  • Block times, pilot flying and the other crew member
  • Day and night take-offs and landings
  • Your whole history in one import
Cockpit-style overview

02 · Cockpit-style overview

Your flying. At a glance.

Total hours in an attitude-indicator dial, split by PIC and co-pilot. Tapes show your last 28 days and 12 months against the EASA flight time limits. When the app opens, the ring sweeps round and the hours count up.

  • Day and night, IFR, multi-pilot, simulator
  • Recency: take-offs and landings in 90 days
  • Choose the figures you want to see
Flight track from Cork to Beauvais, coloured by altitude, with the altitude profile

03 · Flight track replay

Relive every flight.

AirEntry finds the aircraft's recorded ADS-B track and draws it on its own map, coloured by altitude, with the full profile from take-off to landing.

  • Highest level, distance flown, time in the air
  • Save a track and keep it for good, backups included
  • Export as GPX for Google Earth
Flight details with the METAR at departure and arrival

04 · METAR on every flight

The weather you flew in. Automatically recorded.

The METAR in force at take-off and at landing is added to every flight. Small airfields without their own report get the nearest station, with its distance. Older flights too, back for years.

Map of every route flown from Charleroi across Europe

05 · The map of your flying

See where your flying takes you.

Every route and airport you have flown, your most visited airports and countries, kilometres and how many times around the Earth, for any period. Share it as a poster with one tap.

Imported roster
Wake-up alarm settings

06 · Roster and wake-up alarm

Never miss your sign-on.

AirEntry reads your roster from the company website and keeps it in the calendar of your choice. It sets a real iPhone alarm a time you choose before the first scheduled off-block of each day. It rings in silent mode and moves with every roster change.

  • Share your roster with colleagues as a picture or calendar file
  • Alarms set 14 days ahead, topped up automatically

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need to work for Ryanair?

No. Automatic EFB import is for Ryanair pilots; anyone can import from another logbook app or a spreadsheet and add flights by hand. METARs, tracks, signing and printing work for every flight.

Where is my logbook stored?

On your iPhone. Backups go where you put them, for example iCloud Drive, with your saved tracks and photos. See the privacy policy.

Which flights have a track?

Flights from the last 30 days with a registration that were picked up by ADS-B ground stations. Coverage can have gaps at low level and over the sea. Save a track to keep it. Track data: Flightradar24.

Will my authority accept the printout?

The EASA layouts follow the columns of AMC1 FCL.050. Whether a printed or electronic logbook is accepted is up to your authority or operator.

Is the radiation figure official?

No, it is an estimate. Your operator's dose records are the official figures.

How do I get help?

Email support@airentry.app, or use Settings → Support in the app.
