AirEntry Terms of Use

Last updated 27 October 2026

AirEntry is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the terms below.

Your logbook, your responsibility

AirEntry is a tool to help you keep your logbook. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your logbook and for meeting the requirements of your licensing authority (such as EASA FCL.050). Always check imported, calculated and signed entries, including night time, roster and calendar data. AirEntry is provided "as is" and is not an official or approved record; to the extent permitted by law, AirEntry is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use.

Imported flights, night time, take-offs and landings, roster data and calendar events are worked out automatically from the information available and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them against your own records before relying on them, and before an instructor signs a flight.

Instructor signatures

A signature in AirEntry records that the person who signed entered the name and licence number shown. AirEntry does not check a signer's identity or licence. Whether a signed entry is accepted is up to your licensing authority and training organisation.

Subscription

AirEntry Pro is an auto-renewable subscription bought through the App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Without an active subscription your logbook stays available to view, print, export and back up.

Availability

Online features (email import, signature sealing and verification, the iPad page) depend on our server and on third parties and may be unavailable at times. Keep regular backups of your logbook.
